PORTER: Import your data into Data Manager - you can specify the file type and record layout for import, then define and save your own Data Schemes and Templates for frequently imported files using built-in field mapping features. After processing, output your refreshed file in your file format of choice.

DeDuper: Remove duplicate records from your file based on a single key field or build a complex key using your own field specifications.

Nth Light: Select records out of your file based on the key field of your choice, then by number of output records or percent of total. Save the balance of the file for future use.

Counter: Count your data on a single criteria or on a number of separate conditions, at the same time with Data Manager.

CaseMate: Re-case your original data to Upper, Lower or Proper case. Choose your fields and your case by field.

Suppress: Merge, Purge or Suppress, your choice! Working with 2 files, Data Manager will keep merged data, unique data or combinations of both.

Parsely: Parse any Name or Address field into individual components with built in field mapping.

Engender: Use this module to add a Prefix to any name field containing a first name.

Defaults: Set default file folders for input and output. You can import data in a number of file formats and output in those same formats, accommodating any file you receive or need to supply.
